This is a fully recyclable PVC board that specializes in concrete formwork. Each piece of the board is designed and manufactured to achieve high durability, to withstand the tough conditions of the construction industry.
Zero Waste Construction
By integrating the use of sustainably sourced materials and introducing a waste-buy-back program, we aim to develop a Zero Waste Construction solution. This is achieved through proper waste management of construction waste, including collection and re-use of the materials. Through this, we are able to contribute to the GBI (Green Building Initiative) rating system.

Tested 10x higher reusability compared to conventional plywood and achieving a minimum of 35 cycles repeated usage of concrete casting, resulting in lesser construction waste.

Fully Recyclable
Supporting the green construction industry, we recycle our used boards, providing better waste management solutions.

One-piece Production
ENVPLAS® Board’s surface and core layer are chemically bonded together in a one-piece production process, assuring no peel-off effects.
